This product is the direct result of deep user research and understanding. Extensive user interviews, focus groups and ethnographic studies built a grounded understanding of how real people think and value home telephony. Through this understanding we worked in close collaboration with Panasonic to redefine the home telephone – designing a product around stance, speakerphone, acoustics and visibility.

This was the first product designed by an external consultancy to go straight into production for Panasonic, and was awarded an iF (International Forum) Design Award.
